About The Author

Logan Chance enjoys the simple things in life. Star Wars, music, and pretty girls. Always in trouble at school, he was made to copy the dictionary while
the others played. This began his word fascination.

With a love of words he then realized he loved stringing those same words together to create stories to inspire all.

From Boston, and relocated to Florida, he lives out his days writing, reading, and avoiding the beach.

Not afraid to tell it how it is, Logan is definitely a man of his own.

EXCERPT:

Let’s be honest, most men aren’t even that damn picky, but tonight I craved above average. It’s why I picked Nectar—the hottest place to be on a Friday
night—but while sexy, curvaceous asses and pumped up plastic tits painted the room like a surgeon’s personal advertisement billboard, I wanted something
closer to the liquor in my hand. I wanted a girl fresh out of the damn bottle, warm in my mouth, burning on the way down, and fucking me up until I
couldn’t see straight. I wanted the good shit.

~TSC REVIEW~

5 STARS

First Jacob and now Logan. These Chance brothers certainly have a way with words!

Like a Boss by Logan Chance is a smoking hot, sensually stimulating debut novel that grabs you from the first chapter.

Theo and Penelope. Strangers sharing an explosive, passionate night with the crashing waves providing the mood music. One memorable night is all Theo has to take with him the next day as he starts his new adventure owning a bar. He can’t get the image of her out of his mind, even while trying to turn around a floundering business. Theo is a great character, with a relatable past, that instantly makes you like him, despite his occasional cockiness (which of course just adds to his sex appeal!)

Penny knows the moment she walks into her place of employment and takes a look at her new boss that she’s in trouble.  He pushes her buttons in every way possible, including ones that shouldn’t be pushed at work. She’s mouthy and quick-witted, and very smart. She’s been in the bar business a long time and she knows she can help, if she could just get him to take her seriously. Her past is a little bit of a mystery. She has an absentee boyfriend and some daddy issues that I think will be more revealed in the next book.

I love this book, this story line, and these characters. It’s sexy and seamless, with some funny moments. It’s a dual POV story line, and I love that because you get into both characters heads. Logan did a great job with both of them. There’s nothing in the story that would require any trigger warnings (unless you include getting hot and bothered), but there IS a cliffhanger, and it’s kind of a doozie!

I’m looking very forward to seeing where Logan takes these two, and I just hope he doesn’t make us wait too long!
