I am a spunky 40-something year old and I feel like I’m not quite an adult yet. I’ve been very happily married to my husband for over 20 years. We have two great kids, Garrett and Kaitlyn. I work full-time, in addition to being wife and mom. I like to cook, LOVE baking, traveling, meeting new people and of course have a passionate love affair with literature.

I started my love of reading at the age of 5, when I used to memorize Clifford the Big Red Dog books, and recite them to all of my friends. While I still occasionally enjoy a Clifford book, my tastes have grown to include suspense, humor, romance, erotica, some paranormal, and of course I’m a sucker for the classics. Any book that can make me feel like I’m in it I instantly love. I read many stand-alones, but also love series. If at the end of the story, I feel like I’m in mourning because it has ended, I know that book has touched me in some way.

I have recently discovered the wonder that is one-clicking! My husband bought me an iPad mini for Christmas, and he might be regretting that! I never thought I’d like reading ebooks as much as I do. I still buy paperbacks; there is nothing better than the feel and smell of a new book in my hands.
